Deepti Dhingra has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Deepti is currently working as the Vice President of People at Ocrolus since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Human Resources at MobiKwik from June 2021 to November 2022. From December 2017 to November 2022, they held the position of Head Human Resources at The Hi-Tech Robotic Systemz Ltd. Deepti also worked as the Lead Human Resources at Yatra Online Pvt Ltd from April 2017 to December 2017. In their earlier career, they have held positions such as General Manager Human Resources at HT Media Ltd from November 2014 to April 2017, Consultant at Fifth Quadrant Business Development Pvt. Ltd. from September 2012 to February 2014, Senior Manager at Dalmia Cement Bharat Limited from November 2008 to August 2012, Deputy Manager at Delphi from July 2007 to November 2008, and Assistant Manager at Bharti Airtel Limited from June 2004 to July 2007.

Deepti Dhingra completed their MBA in Human Resources from Panjab University between the years 2002 and 2004. Deepti also obtained their Matriculation degree from Carmel Convent, Chandigarh from 1988 to 1997.
