Chad B.

Chad B. has extensive experience in management and operations across various industries, including cannabis, food service, and manufacturing. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations, Training, and Quality Monitoring at OCS Ontario Cannabis Store since April 2018, Chad has held several progressive roles within the organization, including Senior Business Analyst and Manager of Vendor Performance. Previously, Chad worked at Starbucks from 2009 to 2018 as a Store Manager and at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada as a Production Team Member and Key Trainer in the Paint Department. Chad's early career includes positions at Williams Fresh Cafe as a Corporate Training Store Manager and Walmart as an Assistant Manager, along with a role as General Manager at The Wendy's Company.
