Heather Ly

Heather Ly is a Senior Communications Advisor at the Ontario Cannabis Store, where they provide strategic communications services and lead transformative projects. With over a decade of experience in regulated markets, Heather previously served as the Manager of PR & Communications at the Responsible Gambling Council, where they promoted responsible gambling initiatives and built key media relationships. They began their career at CPA Ontario, coordinating a tax clinic for low-income individuals. Heather holds a B.Sc. in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Toronto Scarborough, focusing on Public Policy and Social Psychology.
