Mark Molnar

Mark Molnar is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in risk management and operations. Currently serving as Chief Risk Officer at Octane® since January 2024, Mark previously held significant roles at PayPal from December 2017 to November 2022, overseeing Global Customer Identity Operations, Complaints, and Internal Controls. At Citigroup from 2002 to December 2017, Mark led various risk functions, including AML/KYC Risk & Operations and credit and operational risk strategies for multiple financial products. Earlier career positions at Bank One and Chase Manhattan Bank solidified expertise in credit policy and risk management. Mark holds an MBA in Finance/Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Finance from Providence College.
