Michael Weiser

Michael Weiser is an experienced professional in the biotechnology and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as a Process Technology Expert and Manager at Octapharma since April 2002, focusing on manufacturing technology transfer and life cycle management. Prior experience includes a role as Operation Support Manager at Baxter International Inc., where responsibilities included equipment and process risk assessment and qualification. Michael has also held various positions in quality management, fermentation engineering, and research internships across several prominent companies, including Vogelbusch Biocommodities Gmbh, African Chemical and Explosives Industries, Boehringer Mannheim, Sandoz GmbH, and Biochemie GmbH. Michael holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Biotechnology from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, and participated in an Erasmus exchange program in Chemical Engineering at the University of Bath. Additionally, Michael completed Matura studies in Biotechnology and Chemistry in Austria.
