Ostermann Mathieu

Ostermann Mathieu possesses extensive experience in analytical chemistry, beginning with a role as an Assistant Researcher at the Equipe de chimie analytique des molécules bioactives, focusing on laboratory project management and analytical method development for food products. Following this, Ostermann worked as a Technician in Analytical Chemistry at Larebron, specializing in food product analysis under GLP-compliant standards. Subsequently, a position as an Analytical Study Manager and R&D Analyst at Catalent Pharma Solutions involved stability studies and method validation within GMP guidelines. Earlier experience includes a Master Trainee position at Université de Strasbourg, managing a project for selective steroid extraction using molecular imprinted polymers.
