We didn't set out to start a company; we just really wanted to see if AI could handle the heavy lifting of tissue classification. Born out of UCL, Octopath is our way of taking the algorithms we obsessed over during our PhDs and putting them to work for pathologists. No sales fluff—just better tools to help clinicians get through the glass slides and back to the patients.

We’re a team of scientists who think computers should handle the repetitive counting and measuring so humans don't have to. We spend our days at the intersection of code and biology, building the specific tools (like our mitotic figure and margin algorithms) that we wish existed years ago.
