Octopods connects WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, Telegram, Slack, TikTok, and 10+ other messaging channels directly into your Intercom or HubSpot inbox. Conversations appear as native threads — your team uses the same tags, assignment rules, macros, and workflows they already know.

No per-seat pricing. No external dashboards to juggle. Just your existing inbox, with every channel your customers actually use.

What we support:

For Intercom — 17+ channels including WhatsApp, SMS (Twilio), Telegram, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Viber, LINE, WeChat, Slack, TikTok and more. Plus 1-to-1 proactive messaging for WhatsApp and SMS.

For HubSpot — WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Twilio SMS, Slack, and TikTok as native inbox apps, with more channels on the way.

For Zendesk — coming soon (alpha).

How it works:

Messages flow into your inbox in real time. Contacts are matched or created automatically. Channel metadata is stored as custom attributes so you can route, filter, and report by channel, country, or provider. When a match isn't found, agents can merge contacts manually from the sidebar.

Who uses Octopods:
Support, sales, and success teams at SaaS companies, e-commerce brands, fintechs, and agencies — especially in markets where WhatsApp, Telegram, and social DMs are primary customer channels.

Founded in Ireland in 2019. Built by a team with deep Intercom and HubSpot platform experience.
