Jeff Kramer

Jeff Kramer is a fintech founder turned operator who has built a career centered on enhancing products for capital markets. They co-founded Mariana Systems, leading it through acquisition by Black Mountain Systems, where they served as Managing Director and contributed to post-acquisition initiatives. Across their career, Jeff held leadership roles focusing on product, sales, and strategy, including the development of ESGx, a platform for improving ESG practices. Currently, they are the Managing Director at Octus, leading go-to-market and integration efforts for Sky Road.
