Chris Eames

Chris Eames currently serves as the Head of Finance Shared Services at OCU since September 2023. Prior to this role, Chris accumulated extensive experience at Greenergy over a 15-year period, where various positions included Head of Finance Operations, Head of Financial Compliance, Group Indirect Tax Manager, and Internal Controls Manager. Key responsibilities involved ensuring balance sheet substantiation and audit readiness, managing month-end calendars, conducting internal audits, and reviewing financial controls. Chris began the finance career as a Duty Accountant for North America and the UK and held several other positions including Head of Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger Supervisor. Educationally, Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting with Law from the University of Brighton, completed in 2007.
