Sam Rawcliffe

Sam Rawcliffe has extensive experience in health, safety, environment, and quality (SHEQ) management, currently serving as the Head of SHEQ Governance and Head of SHEQ at OCU since August 2008. Prior roles include Senior H&S Manager for Power Services at Enterprise, SHEQ Manager at O'Connor Utilities Ltd, and Contract Support Manager at Utilities Design & Planning Ltd. Sam's career began as a Quality Manager at Megan & Co Ltd. Educational credentials include a Postgraduate Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety Management from the University of Portsmouth and a Diploma in Advanced Studies in Enterprise Development from The University of Salford, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Opto-Electronic Engineering from the University of Bradford.
