Michael Parsons

Michael Parsons has worked in the financial industry since 1975, when they began their career as a Financial Planner at Independent Financial Planners. In 1993, they became the Managing Member of ROKY Operating LLC. In 2009, they became the Managing Member of ROKY Caldera Gold Investment LLC, where they put up the $5.7M seed money and made a major gold discovery in SE Arizona. In 2020, they became the Managing Member of ROKY AR Medical LLC, where they negotiated a block of medical device company, Ocutrx Vision Technologies private common stock before an expected Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2021. Currently, they are raising $2.2M to finish out their Round A of 1.6M shares, and then raising $5. Currently, they are the Director of Investor Relations at Ocutrx Technologies, Inc.
