Amy Lemon

Amy Lemon is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in full lifecycle recruiting and corporate human resources. Currently serving as a Partner at Oculus Group since March 2025, Amy specializes in diverse industries, including consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, biotech, manufacturing, and healthcare, focusing on executive leadership and strategic roles. Prior to this, Amy held the position of Senior Vice President at Bohan & Bradstreet for two decades, where responsibilities included recruiting for high-level positions across multiple sectors. From 1995 to 2005, Amy gained valuable experience in corporate HR staffing and generalist roles at several reputable organizations. Amy holds a BA in History from Yale University and an MA in Education from Harvard University.
