The proposition stemmed out of a felt need for a full-service contracting firm that could address contemporary market needs of efficient, appealing and futuristic design and construction solutions at a reasonable cost. At Oculus Middle East, the discussion is always around ‘Technically Creative Solutions that overcome challenges of Infrastructure, Time and Cost’.
