Charles Ruelle is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Sezame since August 2022, where the mission focuses on democratizing property access through leasing options and personalized support. Ruelle has also held various investment roles at Defacto, OCUS, and daphni since 2021 and 2016 respectively. Previously, Ruelle was the Group Chief Innovation Officer at Euler Hermes from 2017 to 2021, leading global innovation and digital transformation strategies. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of Innovation Lab at Socialyse (Havas Group), a consultant for The World Bank, and the Chief Technology Officer for Etalab, among other roles in government and technology. Ruelle co-founded the ecological search engine Ethicle and possesses a degree in Information Technology Project Management from Polytech Paris-Saclay, along with continuous education in Lean Management and Six Sigma.
