D. Jackson has over 33 years of professional experience. In 1987, they began their career as a Summer Intern at Piper Jaffray. From 1992 to 1997, they worked as a Sales Engineer/Project Manager at Norstan Communications. During this time, they developed sales proposals and engineered video and audio conferencing solutions for customers, as well as managed implementations of audio and video conferencing systems and servers for BCBS Minnesota, State of Minnesota and Fingerhut. From 1997 to 1998, they were a Business Development Manager/Product Manager at Norstan Communications, where they negotiated the sale and managed the implementation of a $3 Million Managed Services agreement with Bristol-Myers Squibb Company and re-signed Key Bank to a $1.5 Million Managed Services agreement for their audio and web conferencing services. From 1998 to 2001, they were the Director of Marketing at Network Guidance Company, where they managed marketing partnerships with Hewlett-Packard, Cisco, Computer Associates and other vendor partners of the company, initiated the company's relationship with Minnesota's High-Tech Association (MHTA) and provided sales support for complex proposal responses and RFP's. From 2001 to 2011, they were the Managing Partner at 3D Conferencing, LLC, where they built strong customer relationships and grew 3DVE's base of customers, drove strategic partnerships with Cisco/WebEx, PGI and other collaboration industry leaders and was responsible for product development. From 2011 to 2014, they were the National Account Director, Keller Williams Realty at dotloop, where they led the national roll-out of dotloop's real estate software to 80,000 Keller Williams agents across the US & Canada, developed and implemented a monthly metrics report that provided executive leaders at both Keller Williams and dotloop to measure the usage levels and software adoption progress, and increased usage of the dotloop software platform by 25% in less than 12 months by partnering with each Keller Williams Regional Leadership team to develop & implement customized software adoption programs. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Sr. Customer Success Manager at iSqFt, where they supported and managed a customer success team that provided unique software solutions to a portfolio of 300+ iSqFt+BidClerk Enterprise manufacturer customers, and actively managed the top 25% of the Retention Team's Pool to monitor account health, plan engagement activities with customers and strategize with retention teammates, executive leadership and product teams to ensure renewals. From 2015 to 2022, they were the Director, Client Relationship Management Team at Chard Snyder (now, an Ascensus company), where they provided employers and their employees with an easier way to see the fruits of their labor and give them a stronger sense of financial security. Currently, they are the Executive Director - Strategic Partnerships at Ocusell, where they are the front end of choice for Residential Brokers and Teams.

D. Jackson attended The Blake School from 1974 to 1987, earning a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. D. then attended Middlebury College from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory & American Literature. After that, they attended Wake Forest University School of Business from 1995 to 1997, earning an MBA in Marketing & Finance. Most recently, they attended Hondros College to obtain a Real Estate License in 2013.
