Joel Gujral

Joel Gujral is the Founder and CEO of MYNDUP, a mental health and wellbeing service created to provide quick and anonymous support after their own experience with a rare disease and mental health challenges. With a mission to reduce sickness absence by 65%, MYNDUP has expanded its services to over 50 countries and partnered with notable brands such as Monzo and HSBC. They have served as a board member and investor for various organizations including BondAuction, Ocushield®, and SaaS King Ventures. Joel has earned recognition as Barclays Start-up Entrepreneur of the Year and contributed to entrepreneurship programs at Loughborough University while holding a Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance and Management. Currently, they are involved with coaching, investment, and advisory roles across multiple companies.
