Andy Liu

Andy focuses on software investments and adding operating value across the portfolio. Prior to OCV, he worked at Morgan Stanley in the technology investment banking group covering SaaS and FinTech clients exclusively. There he advised private and public companies on equity/debt raises, public listings, and M&A. Before that, Andy was a startup operator leading GTM teams for Addepar. Andy spent his earlier career in consulting at Deloitte focused on the intersection of financial services and technology.

Originally from Los Angeles, Andy holds an M.B.A. from UC Berkeley Haas and graduated with distinction from UCLA with a B.A. in Business Economics.
