Bryce Waters

Bryce Waters has over 17 years of experience in various roles within the real estate and finance industries. Bryce currently serves as the Sr. Vice President of Finance at ocV!BE, where they oversee the debt and equity capitalization of a 120-acre mixed-use development. Prior to this, Bryce worked at Irvine Company, where they held multiple positions including Vice President of Corporate Acquisitions and Head of Apartment Acquisitions and Development Analytics and Research. Bryce also worked at Regent Properties as a Real Estate Acquisitions and Development Associate, and at American Continental Properties as a Real Estate Development and Asset Management Associate. Additionally, Bryce has experience as a Co-Founder at Compass Holdings, LLC and as a Financial Analyst in the United States Air Force.

Bryce Waters holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Weber State University. Bryce is also a Hansard Society Scholar from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Bryce Waters is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Real Estate, Finance, and Management at Columbia University - Columbia Business School.
