Cheryl Williams, Ph.D., is a distinguished Corporate Anthropologist at ocV!BE since August 2021, focusing on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) learning and development. As the Principal Consultant at Communication Works since 1997, Cheryl specializes in DEIB, Cultural Intelligence, Cultural DIEB Audits, and Africa Education Projects. Additionally, Cheryl is the Founder and Professor Emeritus at Concordia University Irvine, teaching various academic courses. With an extensive background in human resources, Cheryl held significant roles at News Corporation and other esteemed organizations. Cheryl's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Communication from Florida State University and multiple degrees from Purdue University, highlighting a strong foundation in speech and drama.
