As the Principal Consultant at Communication Works since 1997, Cheryl specializes in DEIB, Cultural Intelligence, Cultural DIEB Audits, and Africa Education Projects. Additionally, Cheryl is the Founder and Professor Emeritus at Concordia University Irvine, teaching various academic courses.
