Cody Johnson currently serves as the Director of Legal Affairs for Operations & Hospitality at OC Sports & Entertainment since January 2025. Prior to this role, Cody worked at CloudKitchens from April 2022 to January 2025 as Counsel for Real Estate & Commercial Transactions and previously held the position of Associate Counsel focused on Real Estate. From January 2020 to April 2022, Cody was the Senior Transactions Manager for Real Estate at Walmart, and served as Project Coordinator & Sr. Paralegal III and Legal Extern at Walmart International Legal from August 2018 to January 2020. Cody earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Arkansas.
