Francis Lam

Francis Lam has extensive work experience in the legal field, particularly in the areas of litigation, labor, and employment. Starting in 2010, Lam worked as a Judicial Extern to Hon. Kim McLane Wardlaw at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2011, Lam joined Sidley Austin as an Associate, specializing in labor and employment law. Lam then transitioned to Lyft in 2018, initially working as a Counsel and later as a Senior Counsel in Employment. In 2020, Lam joined The Walt Disney Company as Principal Counsel, specializing in employment law. Lam then moved to Bird in 2021, taking on the role of Legal Director in Employment and Litigation before being promoted to Senior Director of Legal in the same areas. Lam's most recent position, starting in 2023, is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at ocV!BE Sports and Entertainment, where they oversee legal matters.

Francis Lam received a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.
