Jonathan Mabanta

Jonathan Mabanta, PHR, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition at OC Sports + Entertainment and as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for both the Anaheim Ducks and Honda Center since November 2017. Prior roles include Senior HR Coordinator at AutoAlert and Executive Recruiter at Lighthouse Management Group, Inc. Jonathan began a career in retail management, holding positions such as Store Manager at Original Penguin and Steve Madden, along with experience as Retail Human Resources Manager at Loehmann's and Area Manager at Robinsons-May. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the East and educational credentials from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and Eric Hamber Secondary.
