Matthew Hicks

Matthew Hicks is a seasoned professional in public affairs with extensive experience in government relations and policy advocacy. Currently serving as Vice President of Public Affairs at ocV!BE since February 2021, Matthew previously held positions as Director of Government Relations at H&S Ventures and Manager of Government Relations at Disneyland Resort. Earlier career roles include District Director for the California State Assembly under Assemblymember Tom Daly, Senior Associate at Townsend Public Affairs, and various internships with the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein, and Congressman Kevin McCarthy. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and History from Georgetown University, earned in 2009.
