Peter Berg

Peter Berg, CPA has a strong and diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Peter recently served as the Director of Finance at ocV!BE Sports and Entertainment. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. Director of Accounting at Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC, where they were responsible for various accounting functions and played a key role in implementing Netsuite. Peter also worked as the Director of Accounting at Karma Automotive LLC, overseeing accounting and financial reporting for automotive entities and reducing the close cycle time. Peter gained valuable experience at Broadcom Limited, where they served in various roles including Sr. Manager of Business Transformations, Manager/Senior Manager of Accounting, and Consolidations Project Manager. Peter also worked at Ernst & Young LLP as a Staff/Senior Auditor for SEC registrants and private companies. Overall, Peter has demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, process improvement, team management, and ERP implementation.

Peter Berg, CPA graduated from California Lutheran University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting. Peter obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the California State Board of Accountancy in March 2013.
