Mark Bouw

Mark Bouw is currently a Senior Operations Manager at the Ontario Clean Water Agency, a position held since 2022. Previously, Mark served as a Water Resource Technician for the City of Stratford from 2004 to 2022 and as Chief Operator at American Water Services Canada from 1999 to 2004. Mark began their career as an Environmental Manager at Parmalat Canada, working there from 1993 to 1999. They hold a Technologist diploma in Environmental studies from Fleming College, which they completed between 1989 and 1992. Mark is highly specialized with several Ontario M.E.C.P licenses in water and wastewater management.
