Mark Van Breda

Mark Van Breda is currently the ORO and Team Lead for the Ontario Clean Water Agency, overseeing water and wastewater systems in multiple locations. Previously, from 2010 to 2022, they served as the Director of Operations for the Township of Sables-Spanish Rivers, managing extensive infrastructure and municipal services. Mark also held the role of Roads Supervisor for the City of Kenora from 2001 to 2010, where they were responsible for over 700 kilometers of roadways. They possess multiple licenses and certifications in water and wastewater management and hold diplomas in Survey Technician and Forestry from Loyalist College and Sir Sandford Fleming College, respectively.
