Troy Stephens is an experienced wastewater treatment and collection professional, currently serving as the Head Operator at the Municipality of Trent Hills since January 2017. Prior to this role, Troy held the position of Senior Operator at the Ontario Clean Water Agency, a role maintained since 2007. Troy's career began as a Service Manager at Stephens Farm Equipment from 1995 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Environmental Studies from Brock University, obtained between 1990 and 1993, and a Minor in Economics from the University of Prince Edward Island, completed in 1994.
