Chris Petersen is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in firmware development for enterprise storage solutions. Currently serving as a Staff Firmware Engineer at OCZ Storage Solutions since January 2016, Chris has previously held senior roles at prominent companies such as Samsung, Promise Technology, and Silicon Image. Chris's expertise includes developing firmware for NVME and SSD systems, as well as C++ programming for storage virtualization and RAID systems. With a robust background that began at California Minicomputer Systems as a Co-Founder, Chris has built a diverse skill set in software engineering throughout a career that spans several decades. Education was obtained at San Diego State University.
