OD Change Consulting provides specialist people and organisational change consultancy services across UK the public and private sectors and principally to local authority, construction, utilities and financial services. We work with our client's change programmes, executive leaders and operations to create a shared purpose that defines the change and the operational space for change to be locally owned and delivered.

At the heart of our approach is our acceptance that change is a business constant and can only be sustained by creating the conditions for businesses to be agile and innovative. We work with our clients to create the operational models, leadership skills and a culture that promotes success through creating sustainable relationships with partners, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers.

Our ambition is to help create individuals and organisations that are equipped to be exceptionally successful without creating a dependence on the continued use of consultancies.
