The leading cause of accidental death in Marin County is overdose. OD Free Marin strives to prevent overdoses through data driven strategies and community collaboration.

Our six action teams made up of parents, youth, community members, health care providers, educators, law enforcement and business partners share the common goal of achieving an overdose-free Marin.

We support organizations in establishing their own Narcan® (Naloxone) supply through the Naloxone Distribution Project (NDP). Contact us to inquire about Naloxone for your organization.
