Benedicte Berard

Benedicte Berard has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. In 2016, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Nigel Frank International. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Recruitment Officer at METRO-logiX Source de Compétences. In 2019, they joined REACTIS Group as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and held the position until 2022. Currently, Benedicte is working at Odaseva, starting as a Talent Acquisition Manager in 2022 and being promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in 2023.

Benedicte Berard completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from Technology University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus in 2010. Benedicte then went on to pursue their Master's degree in International Business Management from ISC Paris, which they obtained in 2013.
