Scott Johnson has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Scott started their career in 2009 as a Technical Support professional at Gleim Publications. In 2010, they joined Convergys as an AppleCare CPU & WMM Advisor. From 2012 to 2017, Scott worked at Apple, first as a T2 HelpDesk Advisor and later as an Enterprise and Education Advisor. In 2017, they joined Tableau Software as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, where they held different positions, including Tech Lead and Premium Support roles. Most recently, since 2019, Scott has been working at Odaseva as a Cloud Software Support Tier 2 Specialist and Manager of the Customer Success Group.

Scott Johnson has an Associate's degree in Internet Service Technology from Sante Fe College. Scott also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) in General Science and Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, Scott has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida.

In terms of certifications, Scott obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in March 2023. Scott completed courses in Learning Docker and Learning Puppet, certified by LinkedIn in November 2017. Furthermore, Scott received the Apple Certified Associate - Mac Integration 10.12 and Apple Certified Support Professional 10.12 certifications from Pearson in October 2016. Lastly, they became a Tableau Server Certified Professional through the Loyalist Exam Services in December 2018.
