John Knott is a Fractional CTO and software developer with extensive expertise in restaurant yield management and data analysis. They have been actively involved as a member of the Salford Business School Industry Advisory Board since 2020 and currently serve as a Board Trustee for Altus Education Partnership and PIE: Pursuing Individual Excellence. Previously, John held prominent roles such as Technical Consultant at Interdirect and Head of Development at QuadraNet PLC, where they created systems for some of the UK's most renowned restaurants.
