David Creek

David Creek has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. David began their career at TrailBlazer Health Enterprises, where they served as a Project Manager and later as a Manager in Claim Processing. In these roles, David was responsible for coordinating and implementing system software changes, analyzing requirements, developing test plans, and ensuring timely and budgeted implementation of file maintenance and reporting requirements.

After their tenure at TrailBlazer, David joined CCS Medical as a Revenue Cycle Manager, overseeing the transition and implementation of workload from various offices across the United States. David also served as the Implementation lead and tester for Medicare and national Medicaid enhancements.

David then moved on to Conifer Health Solutions, where they held two key positions. As a Director II in AR Operations, they provided oversight for government AR processes for over 75 hospitals, clinics, and specialized facilities. David played a critical role in enhancing efficiency, introducing process improvements, and implementing change management strategies. Later, as a Manager in Government Audit, David was responsible for coordinating government audits and appealing audit decisions to recover any funds retracted.

Most recently, David has been working as a Business Analyst at DV UNITED, LLC, where they conducted detailed analysis of business requirements and collaborated with team members to develop analysis documents. Their work focused on determining the impact of business requirements on current processes within government-sponsored claim processing systems and ensuring successful implementation of CMS mandates.

In the future, David will be starting a new role as a Senior Business Analyst at Oddball, where they will continue to leverage their skills and expertise in analyzing business requirements and driving successful implementations.

David Creek is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies, at Amberton University. David is still enrolled in the program, and the completion date is unknown. Before that, they attended Arkansas College of Technology, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Programming.
