Heather Caudle

Heather Caudle has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries.

Their current position is as the Director of Federal Health at Oddball, a role they have held since May 2022.

Prior to their current role, Heather worked at Valiant Solutions, LLC for a significant amount of time. Heather started as the Mission Support Lead in November 2014 and held this position until October 2019. Heather then transitioned to the role of Government Solutions Lead from October 2019 to March 2020. Their final role at Valiant Solutions was Director of Government Solutions, a position they held from March 2020 until April 2022.

Heather's work experience also includes a role as a Recruiter at Insight Global from September 2013 to October 2014. Heather began their career at ING Financial Partners as a Consultant in August 2011 and worked there until September 2013.

Heather Caudle obtained their Bachelor's degree from East Carolina University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Bishop O'Connell High School from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Heather also holds a certification as an AWS Business Professional, which they obtained from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2020.
