Holly (Britton) Lefcourt is an adaptive cross-team collaborator with over ten years of experience in high-level writing, research, and management roles in both corporate and academic environments. They served as a Summer Research Assistant at the University of Michigan and held multiple positions within the Department of Veterans Affairs, where they excelled in project management and proposal writing. Currently, Holly is a Senior Proposal Manager at Oddball, leveraging their extensive background in strategic analysis and project coordination to enhance team performance and foster strong client relationships. They pursued advanced studies in sociolinguistics as a Ph.D. student at the University of Hawaii, Manoa, after earning dual degrees in Linguistics and English Literature from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
