Jeff Barnes

Jeff Barnes is the Vice President of Digital Transformation at Oddball, where they focus on enhancing the user experience of digital products for various agencies. With a strong background in psychology and human factors, they have held significant roles in Federal service, including as a Digital Service Expert with the United States Digital Service and as a Deputy in the Digital Experience Portfolio at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. They have worked extensively in user experience design and research, aiming to improve the trust of veterans and the general public in government services. Jeff holds a Master's degree in Human Factors and Applied Cognition from George Mason University, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Usability.
