Rob Silverman has extensive experience in research and leadership across various organizations. Beginning as an Analyst at KPMG from 1991 to 1993, Rob transitioned to the role of Research Assistant at the University of Baltimore from 1993 to 1995. A Research Fellow at LMI from June 1995 to April 2002, Rob later served as Executive Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton until June 2025. Currently, Rob holds a faculty position at the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering since August 2024 and is the Chief Executive Officer at Oddball since November 2025. Rob's academic background includes a Master of Science in Systems Analysis for Public Decision Making and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mathematical Sciences and Economics from The Johns Hopkins University.
