Sara (Fantauzzi) Smith has extensive experience in marketing, communications, and design across various organizations. From January 2007 to December 2013, Sara served as AVP and Marketing and Communications Director at Cortland Banks, overseeing all aspects of graphic design and marketing strategies. Sara also held the position of Marketing Director for the Tour of the Valley, contributing to Ohio's largest cycling stage race's marketing efforts. Additional roles include Freelance Designer at Questex Media Group, Design Editor for The Chautauquan Daily, and Sports Copy Editor at Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. Most recently, as Digital Strategist and Technologist at Kent State University from February 2021 to February 2023, responsibilities included guiding user-centered design for digital platforms and crisis communications. Sara currently works as a 508 Accessibility Specialist at Oddball and teaches Social Media Strategies as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Journalism (Information Design) and a Master's Degree in User Experience Design from Kent State University.
