Maarten Mes

Maarten Mes has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Maarten is currently serving as a Non-Executive Director and shareholder at Oddity.ai, a role they have held since January 2022. Maarten also holds the same position at BroadForward since October 2011.

Prior to their current roles, Mes was a Management Consulting Executive at one2many (An everbridge company) from April 2021 to April 2022. From November 2007 to April 2021, they were the Managing Director and founder of one2many, where they led the company to become a global leader in Cell Broadcast solutions. Maarten also provided solutions to national governments for managing and distributing Public Warning messages.

Before founding one2many, Mes worked at Acision (formerly LogicaCMG) as Vice President, Operations Europe & Africa from February 2005 to November 2007. Maarten was responsible for operations, project management, deployment, customer support, and customizations for customers in Europe and Africa. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, Operations Japan at LogicaCMG from January 2003 to January 2005, where they managed the post-merger organization and was responsible for operations in Japan.

Mes started their career at CMG, where they held various roles including Managing Director Japan, Associate Director, Team Manager Project Management, and International Project Manager. During their time at CMG, they established the Japanese business and office from scratch and achieved significant growth and revenue.

Prior to CMG, Mes worked at KPN as Manager Wireless Communications from November 1993 to February 1999.

Throughout their career, Mes has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in the telecommunications industry.

Maarten Mes attended Geert Groote College from 1982 to 1987, where they pursued Gymnasium B as their field of study. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Twente from 1987 to 1993, earning a degree in Electrical Engineering (Ir).
