Asaf Nurick is currently the Head of ODDITY X at ODDITY, a position held since 2025. Prior to this, Asaf co-founded and served as Chief Technology Officer at Fionic from 2021 to 2025. From January 2017 to January 2020, Asaf was the Head of Research at Pagaya Investments. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Senior Researcher at Bugatone (2014-2016), Senior Data Scientist at Adallom (2013-2014), and Algorithms R&D at the Israel Defense Forces - Military Intelligence (2008-2013). Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from The Open University of Israel.
