Carly Steckel

Carly Steckel is currently the QA Project Lead on the Product Team at IL MAKIAGE under ODDITY, where they focus on action-biased execution and exemplary communication. Carly previously worked as a Senior Analyst at Evercore, where they efficiently managed multiple M&A transactions and facilitated due diligence processes. They began their career as a Marketing Intern at FACES Beautiful and have since held various roles, including Product Operations Manager at Modern Treasury and Strategy Consulting Analyst at Deloitte Israel. Carly also serves as the Philanthropy Chair of the Global Leadership Board at The Excel Fellowship and is pursuing a degree in Psychology with a minor in Business at Cornell University.
