Yoav Cafri's work experience includes:

- Chief Data Scientist at ODDITY since November 2019.

- Chief Data Scientist at IL MAKIAGE since November 2019.

- Co-Founder & CMO of NeoWize since February 2016.

- Team Leader at Yandex.IL from March 2014 to January 2016.

- Founder & CTO of KitLocate from November 2012 to August 2015.

- Founder & CTO of WeBuy from 2011 to 2012.

- IT Manager + Programmer at Surf Style Retail Management INC from February 2010 to August 2011. In this role, they were responsible for managing the network and computer systems of 23 stores in the USA, as well as handling financial and POS systems.

- Software Developer and Team Leader in the Israel Defense Forces from February 2004 to August 2009. During their time as a team leader, they managed a complex integration project between software and hardware.

Yoav Cafri completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from The Open University, which they attended from 2004 to 2009. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Graduate of Microsoft Ventures Accelerator in November 2013 from Microsoft.
