Heidi Bergström is currently the People and Culture Manager at Oddlygood, where they manage all HR functions and establish new subsidiaries in international markets. Previously, they held various HR roles, including Head of People Operations at Nordcloud and HR Advisor at OSM Aviation. With a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in International Business, Heidi has extensive experience in employee life cycle management, recruiting, and developing HR strategies across multiple organizations. They began their career as a Cabin Crew Member at Blue1 and have worked in diverse roles within human resources and project management.
