Gordian Overschmidt has a long and varied work experience. From 2004 to 2018, they were the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ODE Systems. In 2004, they also became the Co-Founder and CEO of ZENDOME. From 2010 to 2017, they were the Initiator of 360lab immersive media net and from 2014 to 2017 they were the Chief Marketing Officer of ZENVISION GmbH. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Senior Lecturer at ECCE - Entrepreneurship Group and a Visiting Lecturer at Mediadesign Hochschule für Design und Informatik. In 2017, they were a Strategic Planning/Interim Management at One World Studio GmbH and in 2013 they were a Visiting Lecturer at EBC Hochschule. In 2022, they became the Director Marketing/IR at Timecount GmbH. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for product planning and innovation management, leading marketing processes for successful product launches, developing and overseeing business cases and structures, and delivering strategic leadership to teams.
Gordian Overschmidt obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Bradford in 1997, after studying International Marketing at TIAS School for Business and Society from 1996 to 1997.
