Richard Thibault

Richard Thibault has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Richard is currently the Head of IT & Digital at ODEALIM since September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Founding Partner at Digital Insure starting from March 2015. Richard was also a Member of La French Tech 120 from January 2020 to January 2023. Before their current roles, they held various positions at BNP Paribas Cardif, including Head of IT Transverse Platforms & Innovation from March 2010 to March 2015 and Head of Technical Architecture & Support from September 2005 to February 2010. Additionally, they worked as Head of International IT Software Solutions from October 2002 to September 2005, Head of Web / Java Architectures - Head of Finagora international developments from September 1999 to October 2002, Project Manager - Web / Java - Creator of Finagora from September 1998 to September 1999, and Software development engineer from February 1997 to September 1998.

From 1993 to 1997, Richard Thibault attended Université Paris 13, where they pursued a DESS in Génie Informatique (Information Technology).
