Crystal Smith (Johnson)

Crystal (Johnson) Smith has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Crystal began their professional career at Dominion Energy in 2007, where they held various roles including Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, Diversity Relationship Coordinator, and Senior Career Center Specialist. Crystal then became a Human Resource Generalist and later a Senior Staffing Specialist specializing in Diversity & Inclusion. In 2020, Crystal joined Prince George Electric Cooperative as the Vice President of Human Resources, and in 2023, they became the Vice President of Human Resources & Member Engagement. Currently, they are Vice President of Human Resources at Old Dominion Electric Cooperative (ODEC).

Crystal (Johnson) Smith has a Bachelor of Science degree in HRM/Industrial Relations from Virginia Commonwealth University.
