Mike Webb

Mike Webb has over 28 years of experience in the information technology sector, currently serving as the Technical Systems Manager at Old Dominion Electric Cooperative (ODEC) since October 1995. In this role, Mike manages the annual OpEx/CapEx IT infrastructure budget, including assembling budget items, tracking expenditures, and presenting financial reports. Previously, as Director of IT Infrastructure, Mike developed a modernization strategy for the organization's data center architecture and enhanced key analytic platform performance. Mike has held various positions within ODEC, including Manager of IT Infrastructure and Senior Information Technology Analyst, where leadership and mentorship were key responsibilities. Additionally, Mike's early career included a role at Dominion Virginia Power as a Load Management Operator. Academically, Mike holds a Master of Science in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute.
