Xing Lin

Xing Lin is an experienced Environmental Health Safety Specialist at Old Dominion Electric Cooperative since August 2022. Prior to this, Xing Lin served as an Environmental Compliance Inspector at the Virginia Department of Transportation from February 2022 to August 2022. With over 13 years at the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, Xing Lin worked as an ESC, SWM, and Air Compliance Inspector, conducting stormwater compliance inspections, reviewing SWM and ESC plans, overseeing local governmental ESC programs, and addressing citizen complaints related to stormwater and erosion and sediment control issues. Xing Lin holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from Guangxi University, awarded between 1999 and 2003.
